We reduced our adoption fee to celebrate our new logo and website. This has helped Whiskers find homes for many of our adoptable cats and kittens and to take in more local cats and kittens who need our help. So, we continue to keep our adoption fee lowered to assist us in finding homes for our adoptable kitties.
Adoption clinics are held five days a week in the Clifton Park PetSmart (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday nights from 6-7:30 PM, Saturday 11-3, and Sunday 12-3) as well as at our shelter by appointment. For a list of available cats and kittens click on Adoptables above.
Founded in 1982, Whiskers Animal Benevolent League is an all-volunteer run, no-kill cat rescue group that takes in stray, abandoned, and abused cats from around the Capital District. We place them in our shelter or a foster home, they are seen by a veterinarian, vaccinated and spayed/neutered prior to be putting up for adoption. Whiskers makes a lifetime commitment to each cat and kitten it takes in!
