Fuzzy

Fuzzy is a pretty little girl who lives in the Senior Room. She has multiple health issues and constantly sounds like she is wheezing. Sometimes a little shy, she likes to be pet and will sometimes follow you around for attention. Consider sponsoring our little friend! UPDATE September, 2016- Our sweet girl, Fuzzy has gone over the Rainbow Bridge.  She was about 17 years old when she left us and had many wonderful years at Whiskers.  She came to use in 2009 after being rescued from a hoarding situation.  She was so small we thought she was a kitten, but a vet exam showed she was about 10 years old at that time.  She was emaciated, covered in fleas and malnourished, but she thrived at the shelter once she was given proper nutrition and medical care.  She had a host of health issues including a birth defect that caused her to sound like she was always wheezing and she developed hyperthyroidism later in life, but this little girl was a fighter.  She was always sweet and gentle with the volunteers and the other cats and she will be dearly missed.
