I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. I adopted
two kittens from your shelter, and they are the best things that have
happened to me.
I adopted Tuck during Labor Day weekend, 1998. He was named "Jordan" at the
time, and was just the cutest little black-and-white fluffball. He's now 16
lbs. of muscle and fur; my vet thinks he is for sure part Maine Coon. I
call Tuck my "gentle giant..." He is just the sweetest thing in the world.
I
adopted Raz about a year after Tuck. He was named "Zany" at the time. I
was interested in another kitten, but Raz came right out of his carrier like
he just knew I was there to take him home. He started out taunting and
teasing his "big brother" Tuck, and still does so every day. Tuck handles
him so well, and takes great care of him. Raz is about 15 lbs. (some of
it's his belly, though!) and they love to play together. Raz is definitely
the baby... he needs a LOT of love and attention.
Both of my boys are sweet and gentle, and not at all aloof. They are
indoors, and are fixed. They are healthy as can be (knock on wood), and
still play like kittens. I have attached a picture of them to share with
you; I thought you might like to see how two of your foster babies ended up!
We are now living in Texas, but will be back in NY someday. If (when) I
adopt another brother or sister for them, I know where to come!

Thank you again,
